Rain has fallen in California and the mushroom season approaches - as does SOMA Camp 2027!
Before we think too much about Camp next year, the SOMA board and organization as a whole wants to recognize and honor all of the hard work put into organizing and staffing Camp every year. We invite you to attend a volunteer appreciation picnic at CYO in Occidental.
SOMA Camp 2026 wouldn't have been possible without the time, energy, and work our volunteers give so generously — from setup, parking, registration to identification tables, cooking, foray leading, and everything in between. Thank you so much for what you do!
Our culinary committee chair Gordon and other board members will be cooking up a storm and sharing delicious food with you all as a way of expressing our gratitude for your participation! Come join us for a fun afternoon of phenomenal food, community building, and mushroom tall-tales in the beautiful outdoor kitchen grove at CYO.
